With nearly six years of menu data, we were able to track the number of gluten free dishes served in LDC over the years. We used a python algorithm to clean the data and separate different dishes into different rows. From there, we used Flourish to make this interactive chart that investigated the trends in the type of food LDC provides from each station.

Here is the racing bar chart for vegan dishes fromSeptember 2018 to March 2024. Generally, most of the vegan dishes were provided by the Chopsticks and Woks and American stations, they take over the first place alternatively. The leasts are from Soup and Market Deli stations, which makes sense as they provide less choices than others.

This is a similar visualization for gluten-free dishes from LDC. The Chopsticks and Woks station provides most of them. Breakfast, American, and Cucina compete for second place. The least are from Soup and Market Deli stations as well.
