The project of “Mapping Memories of Carleton” challenged our understanding of trying to balance what we believe is important at Carleton, as well as what we perceive to be important for Carls as a whole. We wanted this project to reflect the interdisciplinary<\/em> nature of the fields of study, lived experiences, preferences, and influences to be showcased. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Each student was tasked with selecting an object or two they found noteworthy. Many things on campus tell a story, but not everything has its information available or public, so we aimed to find objects that could tell a story<\/em>. We took note of several objects and decided individually within our selections which ones were had sufficient information and were significant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below is the embedded map with the locations and some information about each of the selected objects.
