Description An account of the resource "Arnab Chakladar pushed really hard for the <em>David Copperfield</em> one when we did that because he loved Dickens. And then he actually brought one of his profs from USC in L.A., a Dickens scholar. And so he came and gave a lecture and that was tied to the marathon. But it's usually . . . been one faculty member, kind of, who's been pushing for a particular novel and is willing to do a lot of the work. Because there's a lot of logistical work that's involved with it. I mean, I gave up a lot of time . . . making sure that this came off because you've got to get the sign up sheets, and then you've got to have . . . somebody figure out a design for the T-shirt. But and then you've got to send out emails throughout the thing encouraging people to go. And it's just a lot. . . But I'll probably help out . . . if I'm in town; well, I'll be in town at least part of the year after I retire.
