How did we each contribute?

Arlo Cornell

I mainly focused on the design and aesthetic of the webpage in addition to contacting the Carleton admissions department to retrieve our data.

Paul Jung

I helped clean data using OpenRefine and Excel. I also organized data from Carleton Zoobooks to create bar racing visualizations using LivingCharts.

Isaac Lund

I helped clean the data using OpenRefine and made Visualization 1 using ArcGIS.

Sam Merritt

I used the data gathered from the admissions office to create two of our visualizations about the global distributions of students and acceptance rates by country.

Newton Pham

I worked on the blog posts to showcase our project idea and helped established the behind the scenes of the project.
